CalendarMirror is software that syncs the Outlook calendar with Google Calendar. From there, the Android can automatically sync its calendar with Google Calendar. There is nothing magnificent about this software. Google already offers a free method of syncing the Outlook Calendar with Google Calendar called Google Calendar Sync.
Some thing to consider is that there is very little documentation on their website concerning this product. There is even less technical support mentioned. However, when installing their product, the readme file mentions that you can email support@ livepim.com for help. Even though there is no installation guide, installation is simple.
