HamsterSync2 will sync Outlook 2007 contacts with Google Contacts.  The Android device will then sync Google Contacts with the native contact app.  The author reports it will sync phone numbers, addresses, emails, IMs, and categories.  The software does support an autosync.  If you have any questions or problems, they do have a Contact form available.

I'll give them credit for the cutest name and mascot picture.

Some things to consider are:

  1. Pictures, contact notes, and other fields not listed above are not synced.
  2. Only Outlook 2007 is supported.
  3. If you want to delete fields or contacts, this must be done manually as HamsterSync2 will not do it.
  4. There is no instruction manual or user's guide online.  There is no FAQ section.
